Levon on family ties:
"They are stronger for me now. I've always appreciated my family and friends, and those ties that bind us together. It's like my music, this much later and after you've almost had everything taken away from you. Once you get that back, boy it's a joyful life that we've all been given."
Levon discusses his life: cancer, the making of Dirt Farmer, live performance, family music, acting. He even plays some hambone. The emphasis here is on Dirt Farmer, and the program included four tracks from the album, which I have removed. I challenge you to listen to this interview followed by "Wide River..." and not cry.
