Changes Made (Nero 7):
Fixed stereo balance, reduced right channel by 25%
Noise print NR, worked really well
Fixed glitches / silences between tracks
Moved fragments from end of tracks into next track where they belong
Fixed gap at beginning of d2t03 and cross faded with previous track
Deleted first track on disk1 (intro / chat for 10min)
Split out applause / announcement (d2t04)
Cross-faded several tracks to smooth out abrupt applause end
Fade In /Out on each disk

Quality: EX now

Already a superb recording / performance, it still needed a fair bit of editing
(details above) to get the very best of the great raw material...
