This was known in trading circles as Stoke 86' or Stormy Weather.
It was broadcasted by Radio Stoke, but Alan clearly mentions
Sheffield City Hall and travelling south past Chesterfield for jobs.
Also listen to the audience when Jacka divides half of the hall into
red and the other blue which are the towns two footballing colours
Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday.
Song For A Stranger is introduced as Who's This Guy ( The original
title at the time) And Marty Craggs is introduced in the Shoesaphone routine as a new member of the band, which is the same as other recordings from that year 1984. Maybe it was re broadcast in 1986.
Wacky Jacky's Notes.............
Pitch was spot on,increased the volume. Joined a couple of tracks,
and balanced the track order to make each disc more equal timewise.
Did a couple of fades. Cut out a four second radio intro, and a jingle at the end. Checked SBE's in Traders Little Helper.
