Since the very first Lindisfarne Christmas Show at took place at Newcastle City Hall in 1976
the band went to enjoy well over 100 festive nights at the classic venue over the years.
The Lindisfarne Christmas Show become a seasonal celebration and a legendary North-East tradition.
Rod Clements said: �The band are red hot after playing in the run up to the Christmas shows.
We�ve played some great shows and met some great people some of whom last saw the band back in the 70s.
�Both nights at the City Hall are almost sold out so we are looking forward to a great party atmosphere
and what better place to end a successful 2016 than our spiritual Newcastle home.�
