A grner1 remaster with help from prof. goody

Presumed lineage: stereo soundboard master > stand alone CDR burner. This version is superior quality and at the correct speed/pitch compared with other versions that have circulated widely.
grner1 remaster without EQ or noise reduction: CDR > Pro-Tools (normalize, seamless repair of quite a few minor channel dropouts and retracking on sector boundaries) > .wav files > xACT (tagged Flac level 8 files).
Thanks to Professor Goody for help with the existing version comparisons, tracking, reconstruction of the beginning and end of the show from an alternate source tape as well as speed/pitch checks (all using Audition software).
