MY LONG-LONG MASTERS HAVE FINALLY SURFACED !! I haven't quite found all of them yet but at least 80% of the long-lost masters are in my possession now.

Here is the first of these masters - Lonnie Brooks in Boulder in 1992. But, what was cool about the show, was that Buddy Guy was playing a show at the Boulder Theater earler that evening. At some point during the show, they mentioned that Lonnie would be playing later that night at McCabes and a minimal cover charge would get us in the door ($5 maybe?). So, not only did we record a killer Buddy Guy show that night, but then we got into the Lonnie show just as he was introduced during the first set - and captured another great performance that evening.

Ronnie Baker Brooks was great and really did a good job of leading his dad's backing band. During the encore, just Ronnie and Lonnie came out with acoustic guitars and finished the show that way. Also, Greg Rzab (from Buddy Guy's band) joined the band for the second set and plays a solo on Look On Yonder Wall.

The Aiwa mic we were using is on its last leg here as there are a few very minor cutouts throughout the show, but its pretty good overall. Sample is included. Also, I'm including a scan of Lonnie's autographs we got after the show.
