I got this cassette back in the day from the mighty Cowtruck, so thanks to him.

The Crypt in Deptford was a club under a church in Deptford - in the Crypt! I went there a couple of times and there was a belief that you could not be arrested on church ground, so there was open and wide scale hash and weed smoking going on. The air was so thick that everybody must have been stoned. A great stoner venue. It had a very small stage at one end and the bar ran along one side - I don't remember the bar ever being busy as everyone went there to smoke. The Haze of the Underground. Enjoy this slab of late 80's heavy psychedelic stoner rock.
