A great stereo soundboard from a first generation cassette.
This is from the shoebox of Lobos tapes I borrowed many years ago.
Leave it to a roadie who was also a deadhead to think of capturing these shows on tape.

Transfer notes:
The recording starts in progress.
There is a low level electrical crackling or clicking noise in some places.
Not very distracting and you may not notice it except in the quietest spots.
Used headphones during the end to end review and attempted to remove as much of this noise as I could.
The tape was originally flipped during Kiko and it is broken in two, with a piece missing.
Flipped my tape copy before Kiko so that is the reason for 2 tape flips (with an overlap so that splice is seamless).
To splice the original tape flip I found 2 similar pieces from earlier in the song and combined them to create an 11 second bridge between the broken ends.
Replaced a verse that cut off midway with the previous verse then added another piece to complete the repair.
Inserted the first piece between 49:54 - 50:00 and second piece between 50:00 - 50:05.
Not perfect as the middle edit is audible although no longer an abrupt break in the singing (first and third edits are nearly invisible).
The encore starts in progress and it was faded in to remove the abrupt start.
Some between song silence and some damaged sections (crackles) between songs removed to accommodate an 80 min CD.
Los Lobos is an AMERICAN treasure.
The best live band from Los Angeles for so many years now.
