Notes:

I didn't see this one in the etree database, so here goes. Although the show took place almost a year ago, it was broadcast last night on the CBC (don't know if this is a re-broadcast or what).

Like my recent seed of this year's Joe Jackson show in Vancouver, I recorded this off CBC Radio 2 into my reel deck running at 7.5 ips. And like the Joe Jackson recording, this required a reel flip. It could have been much worse: the reel flip comes toward the end of the long rave-up ending to "Mas y mas." I did a crossfade to smooth it over a bit. Also, I left in the radio chatter (annoying as it is) because it was so tightly edited into the flow of the set. I cut separate tracks for it, so you can leave them out or skip them, as you see fit.

FYI, songs left off the broadcast are "I Walk Alone," "Hearts of Stone," "That Train Don’t Stop Here" and "Why Do You Do?"

If someone else out there managed to capture this more cleanly than I did, bring it on! The show totally rocks. They are the best and on the planet.
