This is one of two Blues Festivals that the Lost Horizon put on. This one included John Hammond, Members of The Nighthawks, Elvin Bishop, Pinetop Perkins and John Lee Hooker. Disc 1 is Pinetop Perkins backed by Mark Wenner, Pete Ragusa, Johnny Castle and Steve Gerr, who play through out the night. Disc 2 is John Hammond. Disc 3 is Elvin Bishop and Disc 4 is John Lee Hooker. This was a great night of the blues with people guesting all over the place. When John Lee Hooker closed with The Boogie everyone was on stage. This is from my Master tapes and sounds better then I thought it would. Sony stereo cassette deck with unknown mic's. Crowd not to bad. Guessed on some song titles. Always enjoy reading any comments.
