Audience recording of a magnificent set by Lucinda Williams and band. Highlights include Lucinda's terrific song choices, dynamite vocals, and her many comments, Fran Breen's superb drumming, and a 13:13 'Joy' jam. Applause has been balanced and Lucinda's talk level raised. Virtually no audience chatter; vocals and instruments are clear and sharp. Never easy to classify certain performers. I considered putting this as 'Americana' rather than the actual choice.

Fault: raising the level of the various talk segments has produced the occasional rough or unnatural transition. Nothing serious, though.
