Arrived late for the opening set. Sorry.
This was the beginning of the arts fest weekend in SLC, so there are a LOT of bands in town. Kingsbury Hall was less than capacity and there were empty seats to choose from all around. Kept my assigned seat at the beginning until there was too much yak, then moved up about 5 rows during "Essence." The rig used here prefers the closer seat, so the sound change is good, but the Hall is so sweet and my original seat was right in the sweet part for some mics with a bigger diaphragm. So you can compare the 2 different kinds of capture here and decide what to do with your own rig in similar circumstances.

The part of Kelly Joe Phelps set captured here has the gain boosted 200%. Kelly also sits in with the band for a few songs.

There are lots of stories and long intros and I've tried to track this with the stuff relevant to each track contained within it, so the track markers are usually not at the count-in to the songs. You can break this for in lots of spots.
