All I can say is Wow!! What a performance by Lu and Buick 6. The House of Blues, Dallas has a great sound system and it shows in this recording. I'm amazed I got my D50 in there with the wanding and all. I don't know if I'd like to endure that kind of stress again. But all in all well worth it.

The crowd was very respectful and really into the music, a few clappers and whistlers here and there. But what can you expect when you're down on the floor in the middle of it? There is a bit of cell phone noise during the first song, but not bad. The vocals are up front in the mix, and the bass guiter is a tad hot at times, but doesn't distort or distract.

As always, NEVER for sale, trade freely, and always support the artist' commercial endeavors.

Enjoy,

David
