Lukas Nelson & the Promise of Real opened for John Fogerty. Lukas is the son of Willie Nelson and he was a great opener. During Start to Go, Lukas was jumping from full stance into forward and backward summersaults, with his guitar, which he then smashed at the end of the song, as a "tribute to Jimi Hendrix."

Nearly half of the audience wasn't there for Lukas Nelson, so while this turned out well, its not quite as nice sounding as Fogerty because the building was lacking 'human dampers'.
