I think it may actually be from a Transcription Disc judging by the quality.
At any rate, it's 20 minutes of a fantastic early Earth Band gig in fantastic quality. Not much info available about it sadly, but i think the music speaks for itself. No idea why the cover (came with the original download) says 1972. The date i dug up with this setlist et al is given above.
