Editing notes:
* A 0.2-second dropout at 4:20 into Track 3 was repaired with a splice from a similar passage;
* There was an 8.1-second station id at 6:13 into Track 4 that I removed; crossfade applied;
* There was a 1.5-second broadcast dropout at 6:07 into Track 7 while Marcia is talking; I closed up the gap and cross-faded, but part of her dialogue is obviously lost;
* A 1.4-second broadcast dropout at 2:48 into Track 9 was repaired with a splice from a near-identical passage;
* A 0.38-second broadcast dropout at 3:31 into Track 11 was repaired with a splice from a near-identical passage;
* A 0.06-second broadcast dropout at 1:42 into Track 13 was repaired with a 0.3-second splice from a similar passage;
* A -30db notch filter was used to remove the 19kHz FM pilot tone; and
* The entire recording was normalized by 1.78 db.
