Notes:
JEMS master recording. This was recorded live as it was originally broadcast on KZOK-FM in 75 by 'S'. Maria is in absolutely fine form here with a silky and sultry voice like the pop equivalent to Bonnie Raitt around this time but she is much more than that being a little bit of blues, country, swing, jazz and gospel. This is very bouncy and lively performance here and well worth a listen if you like music in general. She also pretty much gives the equivalent of a musical history lesson up that point in time condensed down to a 55 minute performance.
