The CD-R I received in trade was originally recorded off a somewhat bad FM radio signal so the show was pretty noisy and flat sounding.

I used soundforge noise reduction to make it listenable but left some noise so that the high frequencies wouldn't sound squelched. I might have duplicated the less noisy channel (left or right) to make this mono and used equalization but I'm not sure because it was about 10 years ago.

This is an excellent show. as it was right around the time Lyle Mays had released his excellent piano trio CD "Fictionary" with Jack DeJohnette and Marc Johnson. Lyles was in top form and played a few songs from his CD and a few duets with Marian.
