I'm still in the early stages of learning to tape with my Edirol R09. Because this was mainly just guitar and vocals, I had the record volume set really high. This seems to have left a low humming noise in the background of the recording. Is this the noisy pre-amp i've seen people refer to in other posts? Anyway despite this an enjoyable recording. The first track was sung accapella. I'm guessing it is traditional but couldn't come up with the title despite a google search. Any help with the title would be appreciated. Martha was supporting Roddy Frame whose performance was filmed for a future DVD release. Hence i won't be circulating my recording of that performance.
