Slick Aguilar, lead guitarist for Jefferson Starship/Airplane, has been gracing fans with the gift of his guitar playing for over 40 years and continued to do so until he fell seriously ill with Hepatitis C, requiring a liver transplant. This debilitating disease affected his ability to perform, contributing to insurmountable medical bills and living expenses for his family.
