Cdwav Was Used To Seperate The Music From The Breaks. Audacity Was Used To Fade The End Of 207 To Match Up Better With 208
No Other Eq Or Changes Were Made To The Files


A Few Months Back The Local "Reader" And Newspapers Had Full Page Ads Announcing The Show. The Lineup Listed Was Great
And More Kept Being Added. The Cheaper Seats In The Balcony Were $80 And The Pit In Front Of The Orchestra Was $550
Per Ticket. At That Price I Wasn't Going To Go. I Was Frustraed. Time Passed And The Day Of The Show I Checked Ticketmaster
And It Wouldn't Do A Search. I Assumed There Were No Tickets. But Just In Case, I Called The Auditoium Box Office And Spoke
To A Lady. I Told Her Am Looking For The Best Single Seat. She Checked And Told Me There Was An 8Th Row Center Seat In The
Orchestra. I Thought About It For 2 Seconds, Then Bought The Ticket. Not Only Did I Really Want To Go, But There Was A Feeling
Of Obligation To Tape Such A Show. About The Show. There Was An Amazing House Band For The Night. It Included Don Was On Bass
Who Was The Musical Director Of The Show. Tom Marker (Wxrt-Fm) Was The Announcer And Intoduced Each Artist(S) As They Came On
To The Stage. After Each Band Left The Stage, There Was A 5-10 Minute Break To Set Up For The Next Act. This Did Seem To Slow
Down The Show, But We Were There For 4 Hours And There Was 2 1/2 Hours Of Music.

There Was No Bad Performance This Night. Many Were Very Good, But There Were A Few That Just Stood Out And Seemed To Make
The $200 Not As Painful. As You Can See From The Setlist Below, There Was Such A Wide Range Of Musicians To Make Almost
Everyone Happy. Some Of The Highlights For Me Were Joan Osbourne, Buddy Miller, Grace Potter (She Looked Hot This Night), Gregg
Allman, And Win Butler & Regine Chassagne. Then There Were The "Wow" Performances That Made Everyone So Glad To Be At This Show.
And For Me, Very Happy To Be Taping This Special Event. These Performances Included: Bonnie, Mavis, Gregg, Aaron, And Taj Singing
"Will The Circle Be Unbroken". Patty, Ryan, Grace And Emmylou Sang A Beautiful Version Of "Hard Rain". Widespread Panic & Mavis
Did A Great Version Of "For What It's Worth". The Finally Included The Backup Band And Every Perfomer That Night In A Memorable
Version "The Weight". There Were Mic Stands Spread Across The Front Of The Stage, Each Mike Having 3 Musicians. All The Verses
Were Sung By Different Musicians.

I Have Seen So Many Shows At The Auditorium Theater Over The Years, But This Was The Some Of The Best Sound I Have Heard There.
Sitting 8Th Row Allowed Me To Capture A Great Recording. I Patched Each Performance Together At A Quiet Portion After The Applause And
Started The Next Performer With Tom Markers Intro. Most Are Somewhat Seamless, Others Were At Different Volumes, But Its Not A
Big Deal As You Listen To The Show. They Didn't Allow Cameras So I Checked Mine With My Jacket. I Included Quite A Few Pictures, But
For The Record, None Were Taken By Me.
