Medeski Martin & Wood
House of Blues, West Hollywood, CA
April 24/2001 (Tues evening)

Source: Unknown > ?? > SHN

Tracking/Encoding: SHN > Trader's Little Helper (decode to WAV) > WaveLab v.6.11 (re-tracking/fades) > Trader's Little Helper (fix SBEs + FLAC Level 8) > MP3Tag (ID3 tags)
- the SHN files were provided by Lenny Herold, but the SHN source was never entered or tracked in db.etree so I took the opportunity to re-track it before circulating
- source could possibly be FOB B&K4022>AD1000 since this show and 4/23/2001 both circulate minimally in audio CDR from that noted source

+ there is reference online to Swamp Road preceding Crosstown Traffic in the encore for 4/23/2001, but based on what we hear on the show this does not seem possible; according to the recordings, Swamp Road clearly belongs on 4/24/2001 so this is the assumption made in compiling the filesets for both shows; unsure if the song is part of the same encore with Gonzo, or whether the band left and returned for Swamp Road as a 2nd encore

Traders Little Helper used for creating checksums:
- FLAC ST5 & MD5 generated for original FLACs
- FLAC ID3 tagged files matched to original FLAC ST5
- FLAC MD5 generated for ID3 tagged files (t-flac.md5)

MP3Tag (current version) used for all ID3 tagging:
- The metadata ID3 tags can be read by any player that plays FLAC files.
- ID3 tags will be stripped if converted to WAV, however audio data will be unaffected

Use FLAC ST5 to validate audio integrity.
(Alternatively, the FLAC FFP contains the same checksum values.)
t-FLAC MD5 values will change if ID3 tags are altered.
Original FLAC MD5 & ST5 included for reference
T-FLAC16TAG.HTML uses FOLDER.JPG to display album art
T-FLAC16TAG.TXT provides a track-by-track breakdown of the fileset's ID3 tags
