This was the second time seeing Melvin Taylor play, and no doubt he
can play, his style incorporates everyone from George Benson, to Wes
Montgomery, Carlos Santana and Stevie Ray Vaughan, to truly describe
him would be difficult but a Fusion Blues Jazz Artist is best.

Terra Blues is a tough place to enjoy a show by any artist as they pack
you in like cattle, at the smallest tables i've ever seen, so recording
was a challenge as we were moved several times for my best guess financial
reasons, yet i was fortunate this recording came out as well as it did.

13 year old Alex Sciglio is invited several times onstage to play with
Melvin Taylor, Melvin Taylor's sister Paris Walker is invited onstage
several times in which he say's is her "Debut" with the band. This was
a very diverse setlist as Melvin plays a bunch of old covers like " Tequila",
George Benson's " Breezin ", Santana " Oye Como Va ", SRV " Cold Shot " etc.

Probably, the most enjoyable part of the show was Melvin's sister Paris when
she belted out a couple of old blues standards adding an old gritty chicago
flavor to the show.
