**MP3 samples included in the Comments section**

Back in November, I posted a 1975 Meters show that proved wildly popular. In fact, well over 600 people have downloaded it at this point. That show can still be found here:

Like my previous Meters upload, this one also came to me from my good friend, Sammy. And like the last time, I'm not exactly sure of the lineage since it came to me/us via CD-R. But judging from the overall sound quality, I think it's either a studio recording or at the very least, a soundboard. Please check the mp3 samples in the Comments section and judge for yourself. Sounds pretty good to me, especially when you consider the recording's over 32 years old!

If you like/appreciate this show, won't you please take a moment to post a comment? Enjoy the show!

Lineage: Studio/SBD(?) > ? > CDR > AudioCrusher > WAV > Nero (slight fades) > FLAC Frontend > FLAC

A small word of caution: Although the sound quality is extremely good for the majority of this recording, there are a few minor flaws which should have very little effect on your listening enjoyment, such as:

1. Track 11 ("Willie And The Hand Jive")...there were several dropouts in this song on my source CD-R. I tried to "fix" this track as best I could with Nero's WAV editor, but the quality is still spotty. I contemplated leaving this track out of the torrent, but quite frankly, decided against doing so because this is the BEST version of the song I've ever heard (i.e., way too FUNKY to leave out!)

2. The 4 tracks listed with fadeins/fadeouts are incomplete to varying extents, but that's how they are on my source CD-R. Sorry about that, but I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy these tracks, anyway.
