I believe this tape has the classic lineup.
This is the Meters before they had to add "Funky" to their name. Here, it's just funky. True to their name, the tape begins a little muddy, and it improves somewhat, or maybe the sound infects you. I don't know which. I've had this tape, which I believe is a from a soundboard source, for about 15 years and it never fails to satisfy. Hear Wichita Linesman like you've never heard it before.
