I think is probably my favorite funky Meters show I ever went to. It is a long show, and they just stretch it out the whole night. This from my master, but we stealthed in tandem, one of us running the micas, the other the deck. As such, we were like Siamese twins and unable to part from each other when patrons wanted to squeeze by, so at one point you here someone getting a little testy about why we couldn't move. These were the days, of course, before open taping was allowed. Bohager's remains the only venue I was ever ejected from for taping (about 2 months after this show). Anyway, this is an audience capture, but a nice thick one as you get a real sense of the crowd and the ambience. Undying gratitude to popskull for the mics that night (and many others).
