This is one of a number of older Bostons recordings Ive recently acquired which Im taking a shot at remastering. Normally I wouldnt do any remasters without the permission of the taper, however most of these recordings came with no info file, and therefore no taper/lineage info.

This one was a bit more work to remaster. For starters, theres a little hiccup between 1-2-8 and Hope I never Lose My Wallet; Im not sure if this was a tape flip or what, but the sound is significantly different (Better) after that hiccup. Ive remastered both segments independent of each other, as to give them both the optimal treatment I could given the original sound. The first two thirds of this one though were pretty rough before the remaster - it was a complete brick wall looking at the file in Audacity, and there was some pretty serious low-end thump as well as some distortion. Ive done what I could to minimize the low-end thump, but its still noticeable at times. This is still a rough recording at times, but I think it sounds miles ahead of where it was before I worked on it.

As always, don't sell or convert to lossy.
