MIKE GALLAHER -http://www.myspace.com/mikegallaher
Leaving Baltimore at the young age of 18 to pursue his musical destiny, Michael spent the next several years on the road. Finally landing on the thriving Atlanta music scene, he fronted his own band, JazzDance, which featured his original material and garnered extensive regional airplay. Subsequently relocating to Las Vegas, Michael further honed his performing chops playing casino dates. Later he was contacted by a friend in Dallas, who invited him to conduct a clinic at the University of North Texas. His Texas stopover turned into a ten year sojourn, during which time he became a fixture on the Dallas music scene, recording and performing with a literal " Who's Who" of modern music. It was during this time that he was voted a ' Texas Tornado' by the Dallas Observer as the years best jazz player, joining the ranks as such former Tornado winners as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Johnson and Johnny Winter. Also, for seven years he played guitar for The Music Bakery and many other studio performances.

He left Dallas for Nashville and cut his first solo instrumental CD: ' Blue Paradise '. Surrounded with world class musicians: Victor Wooten, J.D. Blair, Dennis Chambers, Bob Berg, Pat Coil among others, his extraordinary technique and exuberant delivery offered dazzling evidence of why Michael is highly regarded as an inventive and inspirational guitarist.

While touring as the lead guitarist for Joe Cocker's ' No Ordinary World Tour 99-2000.'', Leon Russell heard his CD Blue Paradise, and signed him to his new label.

Mike has now carried his reputation across the Atlantic to Oslo, Norway, where he continues to pursue his own solo career, teaching, and backing many famous stars.
look at Michael's performing and recording portfolio underscores the point. Among those who have tapped his talents: Joe Cocker, Leon Russell, Delbert McClinton, Kirk Whalum, Michael Omartian. etc...

ROB HUNT - http://www.myspace.com/robhuntband

Rob Hunt brings high energy to a Blues Rockin format, Born in Louisiana Rob began playing guitar at 12 and was influenced by the sounds of Country, Blues & 60's rock that was coming from Europe at the time. Playing in Bands in Shreveport in the 70's he honed his skills learning songs from the Allman Brothers, Johnny Winter, Jeff Beck, Cream, Cactus, Savoy Brown etc. Moving to the Midwest in mid 70's Rob met up with some guys in northern Iowa and started playing shows in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa etc. Later forming the Band Onyx with fellow Louisiana bud and guitarist Cary Nissan and drummer Paul Kingsbury from Iowa, Rob played around the region bringing his southern influences to the music ! After moving back to Louisiana he joined up with guitarist John Rachel, Charlie Messina & drummer Stan Livingston to form the Band Teezer which became popular playing the current rock & jazz fusion music of the time. After Teezer Rob joined up with the band Max and played around the region with childhood friend Donnie Sabo on guitar and Dennis Seaman on Bass. Rob moved to Dallas in 1981 and started playing with several Bands in the area, in 1985 he met singer Ted Pearce and began writing songs that led to the band "Side Effex" and played at all the popular venues doing shows with Johnny Van Zandt, Foghat, Pat Travers and the Producers. Side Effex was nominated best rock-pop band by the Dallas Observer and played shows all around Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. In 1991 Rob started working with the sister duo Kim and Kelly Brown to form "Frankly Scarlet", and developed a sound which led to opening shows for David Bowie and NRBQ and playing the South by Southwest Conference in Austin Tx! Being in a state with such incredable talent such as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Johnson, Charlie Sexton and Rocky Athas, Rob wanted to get back to his roots of what really inspired him which was Blues, Rock, and Soul. Rob formed Rob Hunt and the Blistertones which consisted of Danny Nunez on bass and Barry Neal on Drums, the Blistertones played all over the region. The new lineup is now The Rob Hunt Band playing tunes in the Blues Rockin format and writing some new tunes, the band is: Dave Johnsen on Bass guitar & Fred Anderson on Drums these guys are great Live, don't miss the chance to get out and see them!!!!!! and remember support Live music it makes a difference!!! Rob was also performing with the Christian Brooks Band, playing some smokin lead guitar behind Christian's fluid Slide and vocals along with Robert Ware on Bass and Craig Marlow on Drums, Christian is now playing with his new lineup, be sure to check them out!!!!!!!!
