LDB Special Series #451
Out of my 17,000+ shows and radio broadcasts, I have many concerts that were special for some reasons: the setlist, the
musicians, the venue or unexpected events. These are the ones I'd like to propose you. Most of these come from my
cassettes collection, so they will be released at a slower pace than my Master Series! But you won't be disappointed!
I will try to gather the most unusual things I have in my collection and, as always, your feedback and comments will be my
reward for all the work involved in this project.
DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make me stop sharing
music here.

Another one out of RLR vaults, another goodie I did not see circulating. Hopefully we will see more Oldfield recordings
coming out because, although he did not tour much after 1984, he did tour extensively the previous decade and I am sure
there are still jewels out there that should be shared.
So here is my contribution: a nice recording from the Five Miles Out tour, to celebrate the 2013 release which includes the
unreleased CD with the Koln show, which was some two months after this one. Here it is the full show, including a very early
version of In High Places which would appear later on Crises with vocals provided by Jon Anderson.
The audience is on fire there, and Mike seems quite pleased with it. Solid performance with a giant band, which was the last
tour he used so many musicians onstage.
Enjoy!
