General repairs:
- eliminated DC offsets
- concatenated track files into a single set
- restored clipped peaks and re-normalized gain to 0dB
- minor repairs to all tracks (see below)
- recut tracks at existing markers, verfiying no SBEs

Minor repairs, track by track:
Track 01
- seamlessly repaired 27ms drop out at 37.285 by copying material from prior bar
- interpolated 2 drop outs (tape skips) at 38.854 (4ms) and 38.922 (7ms)
- removed 16ms drop out at 11:27 (file length changed)
- interpolated 12 single-channel drop-outs between 11:25 and 11:31
- removed 0.7ms gap at end of track boundary
Track 02
- interpolated 10ms right-channel drop out at 1:05.897
- removed 12.9ms gap at end of track boundary
Track 03
- repaired clicks at 03.159 and 0:11.332
- repaired right-channel clicks at 03.173 and 05.554
- repaired left-channel clicks at 16.659, 9:51.015 and 10:06.954
