Notes:

- d1t04: There is a slight anomoliy at 6:04 folowed by a static burst at 6:14.

- d2t3: There was an ear peircing feedback at 5:15, I wrestled with the idea of
deleting it and cross fading but decided to lower the levels to a point that allows it to pass
without knocking you out of your chair in the spirit or preservation. There are some digital
errors at 5:39, 5:40 this flaw also.

- A good show, great source. Klaus from Kind Of Blue also has "Carnival Time" and "Tomaas"
listed after "Time After Time" for this set. These tracks are missing from this source.
