The intro is missing.  Sound Quality is not great, but here it is for the completists. 
The highlight is Cannonball taking a long solo in the middle with Coltrane not present.
Since Cannon missed the Robert Herridge Theater TV show, this appears to be the first time 
he played "So What" with Miles for an live audience since the KOB sessions.

Broadcast on AFRS January 22, 1960. 
This broadcast also included several tunes by David Allyn (voc).

Jimmy Heath, member of the Davis Sextet after Coltrane left in early July, 
couldn't travel to Chicago because he was on parole, so although 
the "Miles Davis Sextet" was booked at the Playboy Jazz Festival, 
only the Quintet performed.
