One off failed experiment , the WES was supposed to blend environmental concerns with world music, but the message didn't get across, most people thought there was very little music and they ended up giving tickets away, which is what happened in my case.
it was also a big trick to get there, they ferried people in in shuttle busses form the train station, this meant to it took forever to get back as even with a small crowd the busses took a long time to do the trip as the national park roads are narrow and twisty.
a great shame it wasn't successful , but i did catch two acts. and heres one ive sat on for years . its incomplete , but nice sound and extremely good reggae music to boot.
