Complete set was shared at Bootcity, 25 march 2006.

"Unknown venue", 1967 is in San Francisco. As EAC spectrum analysis shows that the spectrum on Track 15 on CD1 looks differently from the rest
in that bunch, it could be expected there were several venues.

I am aware of a variation of this release where Tracks 14 and 15 on CD2 are not studio recordings from the 45, but live versions of "Seeing" and "Bitter Wind",
very probably recorded by later line-ups. That variation sounds differently from this one. I have no idea whether that was a second issue or a fan-made
variation. The original files of this release are kept intact for the purpose of identification.
