For this show, i was trying out a new digital voice recorder.

I was hoping to upgrade from my cassette recorder.

Unfortunately, this new voice recorder was absolutely horrible for recording concerts.

This is the worst recording i've ever made.

The next day, i drove back to Tweeters at the mall and asked for a complete refund.

I went back to using my cassette walkman, until i upgraded to a Minidisc recorder 6 momths later.

20 years later, i'm still kicking myself for not upgrading years sooner.

=============================

Normally The Monkees would play about a 75-90 min set, but for this appearance it seems
both The Monkees and Barry Williams only had a total of 60 minutes.

This shortened everything down to two 30 minute shows.

I have no idea of the song titles for Barry Williams set .

Due to the horrible quality, this would be for die-hard collectors.
