Lineage: Church Audio CA-14 cardioids [clipped to glasses] - Ugly Battery Box > Edirol R05-@ 24 bit-48k >SDHC-10 class - Sound Forge, used to remove low rumble below 20 hz, No EQ applied to audible frequencies. Left channel level was increased 1.25 db and then both channels levels increased then normalized with peaks to 0db-Coverted to 16-44.1 in Sound Forge-track splits created in Audacity-saved as FLAC level 8- Checksum created in TLH.

Notes: No EQ applied to the audible frequencies, the mics captured the sound perfectly. Being outdoors helps to eliminate the 'arena' effect. No compression applied to preserve the dynamics. Crank the volume on your system as loud as you can to fully create the concert experience.

I have been a fan of the Moody Blues for 50 years but this was the first time I have ever seen them live. I picked a good tour to see them, their performance of Days of Future Past was as good as I could have hoped for. Yeah, they played a digital file of the orchestra in sections, but the songs were all performed live and sounded great.

The venue is my least favorite in town, because it's a place where people bring their picnic baskets and set up tables and place candles and wine bottles on them and dig into fondue and other edible delights. It's just a big party and not everyone is focusing on the music. I refer to it as 'Yackin' and Smackin', but fortunetly the background buzz was not too much of an issue. The couple to my left were talking all night, [the guy especially] every song and I had to turn my back to them to try and keep the conversation behind my mics, while still facing the stage. Overall, this wasn't a big issue, just annoying that I had to deal with it.

Never sell but please trade freely. If you want to upload this to another site, that's fine but please leave the files & info intact. Keep it lossless. Support the artisit by seeing them live when you can and buy their official product.

Enjoy! -----Solar Wind-----Atlanta-----
