==========================================================

Mountain formed in 1969 in Long Island, New York and split in 1972, but has reunited frequently since 1973.

Mountain played with Blues Image at the Mammoth Gardens on May 15 and 16, 1970.

Before "Silver Paper" you can hear Felix confirm that this is the second night.

This tape also contained 2 partial tracks from the opening act Blues Image.

Blues Image formed in 1967 in Tampa, Florida. Their second album, "Open" (April 1970), included the popular hit "Ride Captain Ride".

It was Blues Image's only charting hit, making the group a one-hit wonder.

Blues Image later broke up in 1971 after the release of their third album, Red White & Blues Image.

Thanks goes to Wes Meyette for supplying the tapes and additional thanks goes to Leslie_Mountain for his assistance doing the tracking & set list.

This tape should an upgrade over any previous copies that have circulated in the past.
