Repair notes:

This is a very good recording that had repairable gaps
in many places. most of the gaps were at the start of
tracks during the applause, and they sounded just like
SBE's (Sector Boundary Errors) - but they were not.
These gaps have now all been repaired.
There were also places where the volume dropped
off on one channel so volume was restored to these
places on the recording to make it much less noticable.
No Re-EQ'ing was done to these tracks, nor was noise reduction used.
