The set list and sound quality is EXCELLENT. I really love this version of "Ain't It Good", the best I ever heard. It appears the soundman started the tape after the opening number, best as I can tell. Master SBD > Cass.> Nakamichi BX 300 Playback- azimuth adjusted > Tascam CDRW 2000 > CDR ---------------------- Skyraider's notes: Transfer: cd-r > EAC (secure) > WAV > Goldwave (adjust track splits, etc.) > Flac Frontend > flac I have to agree with Scott: this is a phenomenal recording! "Get Rhythm" and "Out the Windo" are incomplete. (a pity, because what there is of "Windo" suggests this was a killer performance of it. If you want to hear an excellent studio version, check out the Terry Adams "Terrible" album.) I checked with Scott: these defects are on the source tape, no way around them. Another highlight for me is the seldom-performed "Can You Hear Me", a great Allen Toussaint song performed notably by Lee Dorsey. Thanks to steelysbro for providing the tape, and to Scott for transferring and sharing it. This is a gem!
