If you have ever jumped out of perfectly good airplane you understand WOW.

WOW,
What a blast. What a power rock trip, what stage presence, WHAT FUN!

There is a slight brickwall early in track01 left channel, as the echo comes in. The original volmax stage reported 0/-1.93. Then testing after that point it was -0.59/-2.00. It isnt worth adjusting anything besides tracking, this is what i got. With some audio compression i might get 3db more but then it wouldnt be pristine. It was mostly vocals and drums from the mains, the stage power was mostly stage. Being setup way stage right i think this results in the vocals more to one side, i point the zoom at downstage left to get some separation. This also results in the right channel being slightly quieter. The soundguy (mark i think, i wish i could remember better these days) had a great level and compression in the house. I had lowcut set at two, so for full effect pump low bass a little, say 30ish->60ish and crank it up to 119dbc.

There are new tunes here, from the new album due in january. This is the first night of the new tour, the first night that the "Live in Hollywood" dvd was released. In a pregame chat the merch-driver gentleman(hey, at least i dont wrap my own xmas presents yet) said it was fine to record and post it, The sound master and i even had a chat about my gear before i even realized who he was, Again i would like to thank them all for allowing me to do this, it is a quite a treat.

Afterwards I got to hear Ruyter talk with fans about Devo, The Monks, Beefhart and Zappa. Blaine stopped by and added Les Rockets, quite the musically intellectual hardcore power rockers they are, and nice as hell too, it was another pleasure to get to listen to them chat over a post-game drink and watch them smile as they signed autographs.

WOW.
