This was received as part of a Neil Young tree many, many, many years ago. Like 12 years ago.

This compilation appears to have been uploaded twice before: in March '05 by nyfanatic, and then again in Dec. '06 by skorpe46.

Looking through every document I could find on the '87 European tour, I could not find anything here that has been commercially released. And everything looks to be lossless (based on running a handful of tracks through Adobe Audition). I changed nothing. There is artwork.
