Notes on track selection:
"Walk On" - A nice soundboard from a '74 CSNY show.
"See The Sky About To Rain" - I really like the sound of this solo effort from an '87 Crazy Horse show.
"Revolution Blues" - Track 3 is an excellent audience recording of an electric CSNY version, Track 9 is the classic Bottom Line solo-acoustic version, and Track 13 is just an extra (also solo-acoustic).
"For The Turnstiles" is a nice soundboard with Ben Keith from an '89 'Restless' show.
"Vampire Blues" has not surfaced on tape...darn it!
"On The Beach" - Track 5 is an excellent audience recording of an electric CSNY version, and Track 10 is the classic Bottom Line solo-acoustic version.
"Motion Pictures" is presented from the Bottom Line show, its one and only live performance EVER by Neil!
"Ambulance Blues" is presented 3 times, all solo-acoustic from '74.
As an added bonus, I've thrown in both an acoustic and electric version of the barely-released (Italian vinyl only) Neil classic "Pushed It Over the End". The Bottom Line version Neil introduces as "Citizen Kane Jr Blues". I checked with trusted Rustie sources, and the Italian vinyl version was recorded at a CSNy '74 show in Chicago, with studio overdubs added later. So, this Oakland version should be kosher.

On a personal note, it almost pains me to put out a Neil comp without a single appearance by Crazy Horse! But, that's the way this one shook out.

ENJOY!
