Notes:
This is the 1st of 4 Nevilles shows I have in my archives that pdub recorded in St. Louis. I'm only sorry that it
took Poppa Funk's passing to get me to work on these. This show came to me on 2 tapes, presumably with a complete
One Love on tape two, but I couldn't find the 2nd tape. (FWIW, pdub says he couldn't find any of his masters)
On this version, One Love cuts after almost 2 mins. and is missing the band intros which usually came at the end.
Sound is really nice - I have it graded EX/EX- - it's probably closer to Ex than EX-. There is a screamer or 2 in
the crowd, but they're not too bad. Samples below. Thanks to pdub for recording and mailing me copies back in the day. Enjoy!
RIP Art Neville and Charles Neville.
