This night was billed as The NOLA Summit and this was the first act up. Next would be Big Sam's Funky Nation, Rebirth Brass
Band, & Bonerama. I recorded the 1st 3 - couldn't hang for the Bonerama set. This was probably my favorite of what I saw. The
guys all seemed to really enjoy getting together and playing these tunes again. Interestingly, I saw this group as a four
piece in 2010 (Willie, Tony, Brian & John) and they were called The Never Was Brothers. The crowd was still a little light at
this hour and not a problem. Sound is excellent. Sample below. Enjoy!
