notes: A solid and professional show, with spectactular visuals. The film crew did a great job.
Cave worked hard, holding hands with the fans on the front row, leaning into them like he started doing a few years back. I was less charmed by his countless "yeah yeah yeah", "stop" and "you're beautiful"-s that added nothing to the song, and neither did the -otherwise fantastic- backing singers to classic songs like "The Mercy Seat". But above all all Martin Casey's bass playing -which propels the Bad Seed's live sound- was missed on the older songs. A great concert, but not as fantastic as the 2022 tour. 18,000+ attended.
