Cody Dickinson was replaced on drums for NMA by Marco Giovino as Cody had a commitment in California playing
with Cody Simpson. This was a one off just for the Boston show.

The show format was Luther and Anders opening the show with Let It Roll, followed by an NMA set,
then and AOB set, and then a set with both bands (aka N.M.O.). Various members of both bands are off and on stage during each other's sets - I didn't note any other than Anders on tambourine during Granny.

Granny, Does Your Dog Bite? included a drum line through the crowd with Anders on tambourine.
