Recording Comments:
Sound turned out great. I was about 50 feet back to the right of the stage. This festival was originally planned to take place in Des Moines, Iowa at the Water Works Park, but due to flooding the venue was changed. On track 22 & 23, Brandi Carlile came onto stage to help perform Jim Croce's "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown" and Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues". All concert pictures included with this recording were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S5 at 16 Megapixels.
Recording 'Proof' Comments:
On track 03, "Take 'Em Away" at 3:33-3:34, Ketch Secor says, "Alright, Iowa!". The recording contains numerous other mentions to Iowa and St. Charles as well.
