This show comes from 2 nights later than the Darmstadt show from this same Oregon tour. This show had been provided to Dieter (lauramareike) by someone named Maurice, who'd presumably recorded the show too. This has only run here once before in 2011, when it had been shared by Dieter. This and the Darmstadt shows are being shared now near to their anniversary dates to give them another run here after a long time of being absent. These shows were in between the 1000 Kilometers and In Stride albums, and it's not clear how many other shows were played around these 2 dates. There are known shows from Viersen and Prague that seem to come from this same run.
In this case, we have a fine show originating in Liechtenstein (how many of us have any shows from there somewhere in our collections?). Dieter had seen fit to include the note that it can be found between Austria and Switzerland, so I'll pass that along again. This has been finessed a little for this 2025 share via the EQ and Mastering tool set in Audacity, where it was also slightly re-tracked. The recording seemed like it might've originated through a DAT because it had some of that characteristic DAT brightness. Some of the louder passages were also pushing things close to the point of clipping. The Audacity tools have hopefully now provided greater clarity, depth, and balance from what had been present. Check the samples below. Lengthy applause sections near the end of the show were also faded out and in in a couple of sections.
The setlist is similar to the night in Darmstadt, but I personally find a big selling point for having this show too in the wonderful versions of Silence of a Candle and Ecotopia that conclude this show. Huge thanks to Dieter for his original share (along with the nice covers that included with in the torrent), and to Maurice for making the recording available to him.
