notes: Tributosaurus is Chicago-based tribute band that covers a different band at each show. In their 13 year history, they have covered over 100 different bands. This was the first time they have done a Parliament-Funkadelic show and they did it right. A huge array of guest musicians and having the right toys gave the feel of a real P-Funk show. There is some very funny and some very informative banter in between songs.

I had some issues during the first song with my setup. You can hear my rig fall over. My clamp held successfully for an hour before the show started and decided to not cooperate and soon as the music started. Luckily I had a stand in my bad so I quickly took the clamp off and put the mics on my stand in basically the same spot.

Please check out their website at http://www.tributosaurus.com to view their schedule as well as past setlists. If you are from the Chicagoland area, these guys are fantastic musicians and are worth checking out, no matter what band they are covering.
