This really is an amazing torrent as any live Passport from the 70's is rare enough
and most of this recording has very good sound quality for its age.
It could well be Volker Kriegel guesting on guitar, he certainly played with Passport
at some of the Doldinger Jubilee concerts.
If the date of the gig is correct (I assume its 12th Feb 1974 and not 2nd Dec)
then 2 of the tracks here (Homuncuus and Damals) were performed live 9 months before
they were recorded in the studio for the superb Cross Collateral album.
I am fairly certain that tracks 5 and 6 of disc 1 are from a completely different concert and are not by Passport at all!
The sound quality is better and I would say its much more recent.
Despite the few imperfections mentioned above,
this recording is one of the best thing I have ever found on DIME.
Absolutely stunning music from a criminally underrated band.

thanks to both zingapoor and fbauer for info. regarding the Hamburg 74 Passport post.
since fbauer posted it before probably he or maybe someone else may have a lower lineage version
than I have. mine is from a CD copy, no lineage info with it at all. it sounds pretty good, and I
think the name Philip Catherine is mentioned in it. maybe he only plays in part of it? I didn't
hear anything in mine that sounds like "album" quality. the one I have all sounds like an FM broadcast to my ears.

2025 notes:
The 2013 seed still had some errors on the titles of tracks 12-14 (CD2:4-6)
The last track of the 2009 seed was Lemuria's Dance from the official "Doldinger Jubilee Concert", and fbauer already removed it for that seed.
The last track (#15) of fbauer's 2013 seed was Handmade from the official "Doldinger Jubilee Concert", so I removed it here.
I kept the CD artwork from fbauer's 2013 seed, but it has the title mistakes from the 2013 seed.
